We use the best ingredients for our products, and you can tell the difference while tasting them.

-We FRESH MILL our own flour from NON GMO wheat berries.

-We use NON GMO, never bromated and never bleached white flour.

-Honey is the only ingredient that we use as natural preservative and sweetener for our breads.idiens

Great Harvest has been making bread the traditional way since the beginning (40 years ago) by using five ingredients only.

-Fresh Milled Flour

-Fresh Yeast

-Filtered Water

-Honey

-Salt

Almost forgot the sixth one, LOVE. Our day starts at 3:30 in the morning, by mixing these five ingredients, so you can have fresh bread by the time you come at our bakery.
